Smoothie cu banana, curmale si lucuma

 



Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates (curmale)
  • 2 tablespoons almonds
  • 1 tablespoon mix of flaxseed (seminte de in) , cocoa and lucuma (pudra lucuma)
  • 200ml of coconut milk (or 100ml of coconut milk + 100ml of almond milk)

Preparation:

  1. Prepare the banana in advance by mashing it a little so that the smoothie is evenly mixed.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
